Refund Policy

30-day return window

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. This policy does not limit consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

How to request a return

  1. Email info@nanolux.ai with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the request.
  2. For damaged, defective or incorrect items, include clear photos or video where possible so we can assess the issue quickly.
  3. Wait for our written return instructions before sending the item. Do not send a return to an address obtained from a previous order, product label or website listing.
  4. After your return is approved, follow the return authorization and shipping-label instructions we provide.

Condition of returned items

For a change-of-mind return, items should be returned in the same condition in which they were received, with all included parts and packaging where reasonably possible. We assess damaged, defective and incorrect items separately and will work with you on an appropriate remedy.

Return shipping cost

For an approved damaged, defective or incorrect-item claim, Nanolux provides the applicable return instructions and standard return-shipping solution. For an approved change-of-mind return, the applicable return-shipping responsibility will be stated in the return authorization before the item is sent back.

Damaged, defective or incorrect orders

Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery, preferably within 7 calendar days, if your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect. A later report will not automatically remove any rights that apply under law, but prompt notice helps us investigate with the carrier and resolve the issue faster.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will email you with the outcome. If approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval. Your payment provider may require additional time for the credit to appear.

Non-returnable items

Gift cards are non-returnable. Any other non-returnable item, if applicable, will be clearly identified on the relevant product page before purchase.
